Watching over these two guys is the hardest
part of my day. They are both males and
tend to stray off quite a bit. They'd be coyote
food if I wasn't protecting them. Gavin, the
black one, is a good buddy of mine. I keep
his ears licked clean. I think he likes that.
We get along really well but I am partial to
black. Weenie, don't ask how he got the
name, is all over the place. He's more
independent and kind of a pain.

Gavin & Weenie
My real goal in life is to get a degree in food science from the University of
California. Then I can get a job as quality control tester at an Oreo cookie
factory. Oreo cookies are what keeps my coat so shiny.

I keep an eye on John. He needs some one to watch over him. I follow
him every where he goes so he won't get lost or in trouble. I take him over to
Bob Murray's house every day and check to see how Bob is doing. John needs
the exercise. I sample all he food to make sure it's good for him
to eat.
M&Ms are my favorite. I even help him clean the dishes. In the morning I
make sure John doesn't sleep too late and wake him up no later than 7:30 by
singing to him.

I spend a lot of time in my pen. It's an old chicken house and a horse stall
that John boarded up so I won't go chasing coyotes while he's at work. He cut a
hole between the chicken pen and the horse stall so I can go back and forth.
John puts fresh straw in the horse stall every year so I have something to keep
me warm. Some times he goes to work for several days and it gets real boring
and lonely. It's ok in there but I wish I had a fenced yard so I could run around.
