Andrew Ochinero
At this time, little is known about Andrew Ochinero. He and
his wife, Gerarda Caszal, both died
in Italy. It is guessed that they were both from Maschito, Potenza,
Italy. At this time, we know of four daughters born to Andrew and his wife,
Gerarda. The order of birth is not known.

Antonia Ochinero was born March 8, 1831 in Italy and died
August 10, 1924 in Fresno, California. She is buried at Holy Cross
Cemetery. She came to California about 1898 - 1900. She married Pietro
Barbano in Italy.

Elaine Ochinero married Antonio Caifani (spelling may be
incorrect). She had a son, Carmen. Her family moved to Buenos
Aires about 1898.
Antonia Ochinero Barbano may have come to the United States
with two of her granddaughters, Maria Barbano Faretta and Antonia Barbano
Faretta, and two of her daughters, Martha Barbano Jura and Filomena Barbano
Faretta. The granddaughters were daughters of her son, Luigi Barbano.
