Updating Your Account Using Our New Billing System - "Rodopi"

Step-by-Step Tutorial
Please review the following step-by-step tutorial completely before beginning. You may wish to print the tutorial for
easy reference.
Step 1
In order to obtain your registration number and customer service password, you will need to visit our
Registration Number Finder. (Clicking on this link, will open up a new window.)
Please review the instructions below before proceeding.
- On the Registration Number Finder page, you will see a form like the one below requesting your current
login and password (used for your dial-up access).
- Please enter your current login and password and click on the "Submit" button.
- Once your login and password has been verified, the browser will show your account registration
number and the password required for you to access psnw.com's Billing System (Rodopi).
- Close the Registration Number Finder window.
- Proceed to Step 2.

Step 2
Go to the link contained in the e-mail you received by clicking on it or by entering into your browsers (i.e. Netscape, Internet Explorer) address field and pressing the "Enter" key on your keyboard.
You will see a form like the one below. Please enter the registration number and password you received in the e-mail. You will note that the page includes a note telling you not to enter a password if this is your first time. Ignore this, you must enter the registration number and password you received in the e-mail.
Click on the "Next" button.

Step 3
You will now see a page like the one shown below, featuring several links. You are now in the Customer Support Section. This is the area where you can add services to your account, change credit card information, view your billing statements, change your password, and more. You will find descriptions for most of these options below. Each description links to a tutorial containing additional information. More descriptions and tutorials are forthcoming.

Please review each of the tutorials below by clicking on the links. Each tutorial will contain navigation back to this page.
- Add Service To Existing Account This option allows you to add services such as an additional e-mail address to your account.
- View/Edit Plan Details Here you may view the information about the service plan(s) you are subscribed to and may edit different attributes of his or her plan. You may change your password and change the real name you previously provided. You may also upgrade your account here.
- View Billing Statement Here you can view your current billing statement. You can specify a time period for the statements you wish to view or you can leave the fields blank, in which case you will view a full statement.
- Change Credit Card Information Here you can change your credit card information or switch to credit card payment.
- Change Customer Password Here you can change your password.
